Beechworth Health Service

Beechworth Health Service is a small rural health service providing a range of acute, sub-acute, residential aged care, primary and community and home-based services within the Indigo Shire.

The health of our community is the most important thing to us and forms the basis for our Vision Statement which focuses our efforts on service delivery now and into the future.

Vision Statement

'Planning with the community, for the community.'

In partnership with our community, neighbouring health services and project partners we continue on our journey towards our vision of a healthy and vibrant community where individuals have the capacity, support and potential to manage their own health and improve their physical, mental and social wellbeing.

Stay up to date with what we're doing in and around our community!

Do you need an interpreter?

When making an appointment or attending the Urgent Care Centre or the Acute Unit, please let staff know that you will need an interpreter and what language you speak.

You can visit the Victorian Multicultural Commission website and print out an interpreter card in your language to show your worker (this card can then be used with for all services you access).
